Step 1: Install and Run the program on your computer
Connect the TiVo box with your home network and transfer TiVo shows to your computer. Then run the program and you will see the interface as follows, just click on the middle icon -- "iPad Video Converter" icon.
Step 2: Choose TiVo Files you want to convert
